The place is perfect and fairly clean, everything is really good, it should have higher than 3 star rating. Pretty friendly staff ensures you spend a really enjoyable time here. The double room is nicely decorated and has central heating, an ironing set, and television. The setting is beautiful and fab, adjacent to restaurants, the train station or the Winter Gardens Theatre or Eric Morecambe's statue and the Lake District.

Everything was fairly clean and really good. The double room was tastefully decorated, had magnificent views. The bed was very clean, the amenities included coffee and some excellent tea.
